Oceanfront CONDO W/ COTTAGE STYLE in Ocean City

Oceanfront Condo located in the Atlantis 103rd St.
Newly updated kitchen and bathrooms, all have corian countertops,
new cabinets, and ceramic flooring. Have your coffee out on the
enclosed balcony taking in the oceanfront view, The Balcony also has
ceramic tile flooring and a built in flip up bar.
The living room has a queen sleeper that will fit 2 comfortably, the
masterbed has a king bed and direct oceanfront views, this room also
connects to the enclosed balcony. The 2nd bedroom has a trundle bed
that will make two twin beds or easily pops up to enjoy a king.
(Bring the kids or enjoy the condo with other couples)Have a single
friend there is also a single sleeper in the enclosed balcony.
All bedrooms and the living room have T.V.'s, dvd/vcr's, the unit is
also equipped with a stero surround sound, speakers pipe the
music into the living/dining room, and the balcony.
Leave the condo for the beach, go down your elevator, pass the
showers, outdoor restrooms, and the pool, and you are at the
beach!!(about 25 steps your in the sand it's oceanfront!!)

Kitchen: fully loaded with all accessories needed to make your stay
comfortable, dishwasher,flat top cook top, refw/icemaker, microwave
Living/Dining: Table seats 5,queen sleep sofa,tv/dvd player.
Balcony: Flip up bar, seats 2 more with beatiful views, single

Master Bedroom: King Bed, tv/dvd/stereo/large closet,plantation
shutters connects to the balcony,both rooms have great views
Bedroom 2: trundle bed, either king or two twins, built in cabinetry,
tv/vcr/dvd/, Washer and Dryer located in closet.
2 Fullbaths: corian countertops, new cabinetry, ceramic tile floor
Very nice, neat, comfortable and tasteful unit.

Take advantage of all day bus passes, head down to the boardwalk and
enjoy some boardwalk fries, fun, games, rides. Visit the many beach
shops, rainy day hop over to the movie theater.

Near by there are Boat rentals, parks, Golfing, Jet Ski rentals,
Outlet malls,Fishing, boating tours, etc. Pick up a Ocean city
vacationer in the lobby when you arrive for more details and coupons.

We are close to Groceries, shopping, pubs, bars, and restaurants.
