   disposal, cookware and dishes.   
*Washer and dryer in the condo.  
*2 TV's, VCR, DVD, CD player and A/C. 
*Queen sized bed in the master bedroom.  
*Twin beds in the guest bedroom. 
*Jack and Jill Bath upstairs. 
*Half bath downstairs. 
*Sofa sleeper in living  
   room.   
*All linens are furnished.

Vacation Rental Amenities

3 swimming pools (1 heated and 1 with waterfall, Large jacuzzi, shuffleboard, tennis courts,

Spring Rate     $800 per week 
Summer Rate     $900 per week 
Fall Rate       $800 per week 
Winter Rate     Not available winter of 2008/2009 
 
Rates include all taxes and departure cleaning. 
Deposit of $200 required.  Refunded with return of keys and no damage. 
NON-SMOKERS ONLY. 
NO PETS.
