W have everything you need to enjoy the best of theNorth Fork.  This 5 year old house is fully equipped.  It is comfortable and quiet for relaxing.  

The house has 4 bedrooms, TV room, sitting room, dining room, full
working kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms (Jacuzzi bathtub).  You have a choice 
between a front porch for lounging and a back deck for barbequing.

We have everything you need for your vacation.  We have a 46' large screen HDTV
with surround sound with dozens of movies to choose from. 

We also have a TV and a DVD player in every bedroom.  There is also a large
game room/bedroom with a mini pool table, fuss-ball, countless board games
Play Station 2 with plenty of games on a 36' screen TV, card tables, and a bar area.

The house also comes with four adult and two childrens bicycles and everything you would need for the beach.

This lovely house is situated on a 3/4 acre property, just a short walking distance from your own private community beach  We have 3 picnic tables, two BBQs, and a

Experience a breathtaking view of Shelter Island, while you relax with your family and friends, on the pier (perfect for fishing).   I can also purchase for you a permit for the public beaches for the town of Southold.

This house is located in an ideal location, just minutes away from
the historic towns of Greenport and Orient Point. Take a short ride
to Orient Point and catch the ferry to Connecticut to gamble or take
in a show at Foxwood Casino, or Mohegan Sun (our little mini Las
Vegas).

If you are not the gambling type, you can catch the ferry out of
Greenport to enter Shelter Island and view the gorgeous homes and
museums. If you decide to venture out even further, the ferry from
Shelter Island will take you the Hamptons, where you will party like
you never partied before (limousine service available upon request).

What ever your desires are, the North Fork has something for
everyone: golf (walking distance), beach (walking distance), fishing
(walking distance), over 30 vineyards to choose from (book one week
and receive a 3 hour complementary tour in a 10 passenger
limousine),
there are dozens of farms which yield an abundance of fresh fruits
and vegetables, and are readily available at local farm stands. If
you are a professional and work in Manhattan the LIRR has service
into Greenport (last stop).

For all you Autumn vacationers the North Fork has great: pumpkin
picking, corn mazes, hay rides, antique car shows, and much, much
