First Floor Poolside...Beachside...Family Retreat in Fort Walton Beach

This beautiful 3bdrm 3bath poolside,beachfront condo at the Island
Princess is ideal for families-especially families with young
children!Walk directly out to the pool or beach-no stairs,no
elevators,no balconies for kids to hang over.Our kids love to play
outside in our fenced patio area.The Island Princess was completed
in 1999 and is one of Okalossa Island's premiere properties. The
unit
was completely redone courtesy of Hurricane Ivan with all
new furniture, bedding, kitchen supplies,etc...and was completed in
April 2005. Hurricane Dennis brought another opportunity to
refurbish part of the unit and we finished (hopefully for good)in
Oct
2005. We have 2 bedrooms with king beds,1 room with
2 sets of bunk beds & a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen is well
stocked for cooking-we have everything you need except the food!!

The Island Princess has a large pool which is heated seasonally and
a new exercise facility. We pay for a beach umbrella and 2
chairs to be set up on the beach each day. In our patio deckbox we
keep extra beach chairs and all the pool and beach toys your kids
could ever need. There is also a beach concession with kayaks,water
bikes,water trampolines,etc...available for rent. We have an amazing
450+ft of wide,sugar white beach for exclusive use by IP
guests.
The condo is newly decorated and features tv/vcr in
all bdrms with a 32" tv/vcr/dvd in the living room.We have a well
stocked kitchen that you can actually cook in and there is a washer
and dryer in the condo.Our kid friendly unit has tile in all the
common areas. We have a high chair,booster seat,kid videos,a
stroller, a baby monitor, and rails for the lower bunks so pack
lightly!

The Florida Gulfarium with dolphins,seals,sea lions,otters,etc..(our
kids love this place)is 5 minutes away. There is putt putt golf,a
water park,great restaurants,a nice waterside park & playground & a
small movie theater within 5-7 minutes.There is a large grocery store
(Publix) and a Blockbusters video store also about 5 minutes away.
The Ft. Walton airport is about a 20-25 min drive and the Gulf
Breeze
Zoo where you can pet and feed a giraffe(another favorite of our
kids) is less than 30 min.away.
