  Adorable Beach Cottage (.7  of a mile to beautiful Vanderbilt Beach). Our lovely home is in the 500 block of 92nd Ave - Locals know that these are few and far between.  Not all of Naples Park is this close to the beach!   This is truly a "walk to the beach" home (you walk right past the amazing Ritz Carlton, Naples).   Our cottage is bright, sunny, crisp & clean!  It is newly renovated, air conditioned and comes completely furnished with everything you might need during your stay. Wi-Fi included! 

Extra Bonus!  This home is advertised as a 2 bedroom but there is an additional small den/office with a sunny window (and privacy screened frenchdoors) and  a charming daybed.

Bonus :)  Whirlpool spa- tub and two glass enclosed showers, LCD TV in Living area and  two additional TVs in the bedrooms.

Here in Naples we have two busy seasons:

1.  December - March - HIGH season $1500 per week and $4,000 per month

2.  April/June/July/August - Moderately high  $1,000 per week and $2500 per month

Great rates are available in September/October/November/May (not including Thanksgiving weekend)  $800 per week and $2,000 per month

Holiday Weekly Rates - $1200 - $1500 per week

There is a $125.00 cleaning fee for a stay of up to one week , $150.00 for 2-3 weeks and a $200.00 cleaning fee for a stay that is a month or longer. 

There is a $500.00 fully refundable security deposit that will be returned within 15 days after your departure (30 days for stays of a month or more).
