vacation rental description

2 story townhome with canal in the backyard. Dock is big enough for
a boat up to 28 ft. The dock has power and water. There is an
upstairs and downstairs lanai. If the beach is what you want, the
home is located less than a 10-minute drive to Anna Maria Island and
Holmes Beach. All sizes of dogs are permitted, but must be kept on
a leash when outside. There is a family/TV room located downstairs
and a sitting, dining room, kitchen and 2 bedrooms upstairs.
Bathrooms are on both levels. 2 car garage.
The Palma Sola Causeway is within a short walking distance. You can
walk your dog along the beach or it is a short boat ride to water
ski, tube safely.

The rate for a single month is $1,700.00 per month for the months
still available.

SUMMER SPECIAL: RENT TWO OR MORE CONSECUTIVE MONTHS: JUNE; JULY, AUGUST OR SEPTEMBER: $2,000 TOTAL FOR TWO MONTHS !!!!! OR BOAT AND TOWNHOME RENTAL FOR ONE MONTH IN JUNE, JULY, AUGUST, SEPTEMBER OR OCTOBER FOR ONLY $2,000.00. THAT'S RIGHT, THE BOAT AND TOWNHOME FOR ONE MONTH FOR $2,000.00.

It is rented through May of 2011. It is not available in Jan., Feb., March or April. Availability begins June of 2011.

It is rented November 2010 through the first two weeks of May 2011.

Boat Rental Description and Rates: 2009 Carolina Skiff DLX 1980 with a 90 HP Evinrude E-Tec, 18 gal live well in rear deck, swim platform, bimini top, color fish finder

Rates: $500.00 per day; $1,000 per week; $1,500 for two weeks; $2,000 for one month. If rented with the condo for either the month of June, July, August or September, both condo and boat can be rented for a total of $2,000 per month. Discounts on multiple month rentals.

Boat does not have to be rented with condo, can rent separately. If needed, trailer included. Delivery to your dock in the Bradenton/Sarasota area at no charge. Rates for other location delivery is based on the delivery point.
