and other attractions. The resort with pristine sandy beaches has 
four calm swimming lagoons. Tee off at a world-class Golf Course and 
relax on the pristine beaches. Visit the adjacent Ko Olina Marina or 
J.W. Marriott Ihilani Spa. The resort is located on the sunny and 
dry Leeward (southwestern) side of the island. 

This Hawaiian Paradise Condo is furnished in a tasteful and 
elegant tropical island theme. It has central air and ceiling fans

Note: This LARGE 3-Bedroom, 3-Bath 1600 sq. ft. Condo with Spectacular Ocean Views
is perfect for a family, business clients or several couples. 

Introductory Special:
Low Season / Spring           $5000 per WEEK
March 1 – May 31	

High Season / Summer	   $8500 per WEEK 
June 1 - August 31

Fall Season:
September 1 – November 19	   $6000 per WEEK		

High Season / Winter	   $8500 per WEEK
January 15 – March 31

Holidays: $10,000/week	
November 20 to January 15      $10,000 per WEEK

NOTE: Some Ko Olina homes require 30-days Minimum rental due to residential zoning and Association 
regulations. This condo is a legal weekly rental. If this condo is booked, we have other 2 and 3 
bedroom Ko Olina condos to meet your needs.

50% non-refundable deposit is due within ten (10) days.
Balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

11.962% taxes added.
Departure Cleaning Applied.
$1000 Refundable Security Deposit.
