This large two bedroom,two bath condo overlooks Sarasota Bay and the
Intercoastal Waterway. It is the end condo on the third (top) floor
with a great view of the Bay, the pool, the large hot tub, the
fishing pier and the boat dock..The condo is located on the peaceful
bay side and you can watch the boats go up and down the intercoastal
from the condo, pool, hot tub, or pier. When you want the excitement
of fabulous Crescent Beach, just walk through the complex and your
beach furniture is waiting for you. Sunbathe, swim, boogie board,
snorkel, collect shells, or just watch people go by. When you walk on
the beach your feet won�t get hot because it is one of three quartz
beaches in the world. When you�re done at the beach and ready to wind
down, you and your guests will be able to escape to the quiet comfort
of the bay side.

You can also stop at the clubhouse and workout, sit in a sauna, shoot
pool, play ping pong, swim in another pool, or play tennis on one of
the lighted courts. There is a king bed in the master bedroom and a
queen bed in the second bedroom. There is also a double sleeper-sofa
in the living room. Wireless internet is free for all you web surfers.

Rent from me directly and we both save money by eliminating the
middle man. Most of my business comes from people who have shopped
around and from repeat customers. If you have a large group, I also
have #5721, the adjacent condo, which sleeps 4, so you can sleep a total of ten.

The condo has free wireless internet, cable TV with free HBO, 3 TVs,
2 VCRs, and 3 DVD players and a stereo. There is a fully furnished kitchen
(including refrigerator with ice maker, range, dishwasher, microwave
and disposal. The balcony overlooks the bay and pool. The master
bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has a queen bed. Hair
driers are furnished in the bathrooms which each have a
shower/tub combination. All linens and towels are furnished. The
phone has an answering machine but long distance calls are blocked.

Palm Bay Club Facilities: Two heated pools, fishing pier, large custom hot tub overlooking the bay, boat docks, barbecue grills, two lighted tennis courts, a recreation room, 2 workout rooms, 2 hot saunas, a private beach with furnished chairs and chaise lounges, 24 hour security, and
laundry facilities on each floor.

Hiking, Biking, Golf, Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Shopping,
Restaurants, Live Theater, Cinemas, Museums, Sightseeing, Swimming,
Snorkeling/Diving, Boating, Sailing, Water-skiing, Windsurfing,
Parasailing, Jet Skiing, Shelling, and biking are all available close
by. The condo is conveniently located near area attractions such as
the Mote Marine Aquarium, St. Armands Circle, Siesta Village, John &
Mable Ringling Museum of Art, Marie Selby Botanical Gardens, Sarasota
Jungle Gardens, Aslo Theatre, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall and Ed
Smith Stadium (Cincinnati Reds Spring Training Home) as well as area
businesses like Sarasota Memorial Hospital and Sarasota Bradenton
International Airport. There are many golf courses in the Sarasota
area. There is a course to challenge everyone.

All rates subject to an 11% transient rental tax. No other charges. A
reservation deposit of $500 is required. Balance due 30 days prior to
arrival. When I get the balance, I will send you the keys.
There is a 5% discount for a two week rental and 10% for 4 or more
weeks. I cover the cleaning charges. Partial weeks are prorated. The
contract is non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.
