Calderwood in Camden

This 1950's Cape Style house is in a residential neighborhood, on a safe quiet street with the ocean at the end, about one and a half kilometres from the centre of Camden. There is a nicely landscaped backyard ideal for sports, such as football and badminton, and a deck suitable for BBQs and cooking lobsters, for which Maine is famous.

The house is comfortably furnished throughout with some antiques.
The accommodation has three bedrooms on the second floor (the master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms) which share a bathroom. There are two further interlinked bedrooms on the lower ground floor, a twin bedroom and a queen (to reach this you have to go through the twin bedroom).  On the other side of the lower ground floor is a teen room with two pull out foam singles and one pull out foam double bed. This room has its own TV and DVD player.

There is a shower/toilet on the 1st floor, along with a well equipped kitchen and laundry, a TV room and a living/dining room.

The rate is plus 7% Maine State Tax and a $200 cleaning charge.  Deposit required.
