Each unit has a gas fireplace, 50" Plasma TV, VCRs/DVDs throughout, fully equipped kitchen and dining seating for 12, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator, Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils, Washer/Dryer and Gas Grill. Both properties are also air-conditioned, which is very important considering many units at Hidden Valley are not.

Spring/Summer/Fall Rental Rates $725/night, including 1100 Forbes: $1,050/night
Holiday weekends are subject to three night minimums and higher rates.
Winter seasonal rentals are available, call ahead for rates.
Two night stay is required year round
Seasonal rentals are available from December 15th-March 15th.
9% tax due on any rental shorter than 30 days.
Cleaning, linens and towels included in above costs.
