ready to move in. It is located in one of Old Saybrook's most
desirable and family friendly areas (Knollwood's Private beach
community). The living
room has vaulted ceilings and an open layout.
There is a roomy dining room that looks out to a private back yard,
and an eat-in kitchen equipped with a stove, new refrigerator, and
dishwasher. Also on the first floor is a 1/2 bath.

Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a full bath. There is a
finished
family room downstairs with a sleep sofa and TV and a unfinished
basement equipped with a washer and dryer. The home is in mint
condition inside and out and is less than a 5 minute walk to the
beach. It is located on a quiet side street ideal for walking and
biking. There are also two other beaches within 5 minutes of the
house that our guests have access to.

fine furniture company. You are just a thirty minute ride to both
Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun
casinos, Mystic Marine Life Aquarium and Mystic Seaport.

June - $1400 per week
Other weeks are available at off season rates. Weekends are also
available in
the off season.
