Vacation Rental Description

Beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2.5 bath townhome 
located in 
Barrier Dunes, a gated community. Just steps from the beach, two 
pools, (one next to the beach) tennis courts, and three stocked 
freshwater ponds.

Free wifi high speed internet access.

This is a Non Smoking Rental.

Spacious Master Bedroom has a king size bed, tv/dvd, full private 
bath with separare shower, private deck with gulf view. Second 
bedroom has two twin beds with full private bath. 

Fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffee maker and 
dishwasher. Washer and Dryer. 

Living area has sleeper sofa, TV,VCR,DVD and seating to accomodate 6 
persons. Main deck has a gas grill, table and chairs. A 1/2 
bath is also located on the main floor.

Barrier Dunes is located on the St Joseph Penisula, also known as 
Cape San Blas. Fronting the #1 rated beach in America by Dr. Beach, 
and the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Barrier Dunes is 
adjacent to the over 2,000 acre St Joseph Penisula State Park where 
recreational activities abound.

Special rate for July
19-25, 3-7 nights $495-$895.

Spring  $795.00/week & up, $395 & up/3 nights 
Summer  $1095.00/week & up. May 24-Aug 16. 
Fall    $795.00/week & up, $395 & up/3 nights 
Winter  $695.00/week, $395/3nights, $1200/monthly

Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday.

Rates include linens and cleaning fee.

Rates do not include 11% Florida & Gulf County tax.

A refundable damage deposit of $250.00 is required for all rentals.

$100 pet fee (dogs only)
