beach, you will find peace and relaxation here. (The rock reefs at low 
tide are a great place for young explorers!)

furnished house has two bedrooms with queen size beds and air 
conditioning with a full kitchen and large living room. The

Summer rates March-October (payment in full required 1 mo. prior) 
$175/night + taxes (three night minimum stay) 
Winter rates November-February (payment in full required 1 mo. prior) 
$200/night + taxes (three night minimum stay) 
Taxes are 11.42% 
 
A $500 refundable deposit is due upon signing the rental agreement  
and $115 cleaning fee.
