bed in Master bedroom and a queen size bed in guest bedroom.Dining
room has a table and chairs to seat 4 and has extension leaf.Kitchen
has counter with 4 chairs,a microwave oven,self cleaning
stove,coffee maker,toaster,complete service of dishes,glasses,pots
and pans.Living room has a sofa bed and matching love seat,
swivel rockers,27"TV. Have solar lights.There is a finished lanai
with table and chairs.Also included is washer and dryer, vacum
cleaner,iron,iron board,linens and towels.All you need to bring are
your personal items.
Golf cart available for a nominal fee.No smoking and no pets.

Amenities resident transfer fee included in rent.

Villages are 50 miles north of Orlando and Disney World.

new Lake Sumter Landing.
