Labor Day week available Sept 3-9 (Saturday-Friday), $2,525 + Maine Sales Tax of 7($176)=$2,701.

All summer weeks in 2012  $2,950 + Maines Sales Tax of 7% ($206)= $3,156.

Large, single family home with 8 bedrooms. Big kitchen, dining area, family room. Large deck and fenced in yard. 5 minute walk to the beach and a 3 minute walk to the main strip and amusement park. Close to all the action, but still away from the crowds! Wifi included!!!!
Fully furnished home with 6 queen beds, 2 twins, 1 set of bunks and 2 pull out queen sofas. Also has beach chairs, bikes, beach wagon, umbrellas. You will need to bring your own sheets and towels.
Pillows and blankets are provided. Light housekeeping is also required at the end of your stay.
Cleaning supplies are also provided.

Pets allowed!!

Flat screen, dvd cable tv in living area as well as cable tv in all bedrooms. Ceiling fans in every bedroom and throughout the house. Full modern kitchen with dishwasher, micro wave and garbage disposal and 2 refrigerators. Free Washer/dryer. Deck/lawn furniture, gas grill, hammock, and firepit. Off street parking for 7 cars.

wonderful vacation

highly recommend this house! we had a wonderful time, the house is beautiful, great communication with the owner, so close to the beach we walked down there daily. we went grocery shopping when we first got there, and then never got back in our car. everything is within walking distance-but we never heard anything from the strip. i recommend Lisa's pizza for pizza and fried dough!! the house is huge! we had 17 people, 3 dogs, and a baby there and you wouldn't even know it! we all had plenty of room and plenty of privacy. the private, fenced in backyard is great-the kids and dogs could run around and we didn't worry about them. had a lot of family evenings out there by the fire. 2 gas grills that we used alot. great view of the fireworks too (every Thursday night). the house is beautifully decorated inside, and clean. everything we needed was there, from the pots and pans to the beach chairs and bikes. i cannot say enough nice things about it, this house helped make our family vacation wonderful. we're already talking about going back (you put in a pool and we'll book it now lol). thanks so much for letting us rent your house

Recommended for: adventure seekers, age 55+, families with young children, families with teenagers, girls getaway, pet-friendly, sight seeing, tourists without a car, romantic getaway

Had an awesome time. The house was beautiful. WEll kept. Only 5 minutes to the peir and beach. They had a wagon which came in handy with my two year old princess. Mike gave us information of things too do near by. We went to the portland light house only 25 minutes away. We will telling all our friends about this place. We already booked a week for next year.
