This is a unique ranch style home in the center of Palm Desert. It
is centrally located, just minutes to public tennis courts, driving
range, city park, Mc Callum Theatre, shopping malls, restaurants and
golf courses. The house is on 3/4 acres surrounded with beautiful
lawns, palm trees, fruit trees and roses. It has wonderful views of
the nearby mountains (snowcapped in the winter). The front yard is
large enough for putting and there is a pool in the backyard. There
are two covered patios.

The house is open and spacious with french doors and tiled floors
throughout. The kitchen opens out to the dining area and living
room. The living room with fireplace, high ceiling and ceiling fans
is very open and airy. The master bedroom has a king bed and
bathroom. The secondary bedroom has a queen bed, and the third
bedroom is a den with a beautiful mountain view. Every room
in the house has been recently painted in desert colors, and the
patios surrounding the house have been covered with Mexican tile.
