Our home is situated on the US27 approx 15 minutes from Disney and
other attractions.

This is a gated community which boasts a community pool and large
recreation area plus a fitness room in Club House. There is also an
18 hole golf course just minutes away.

Our fully air conditioned home is furnished to a very high standard
and provides a spacious living room with a 53" television with VCR
and Playstation 2 for our younger guests, it also comes with games
room with 8ft pool table, electronic air hockey table and foosball
table.

Our master bedroom looks out over our swimming pool, this room has a
32" television and en-suite bathroom with corner bath and separate
walk in shower.

We have 2 further double bedrooms one with ensuite bathroom both with
cable tv and 2 twin bedrooms, both with cable tv. We then have a
family bathroom with bath and shower. There are hairdryers in all
bathrooms.

Our fully fitted kitchen provides all ammenities including
dishwasher, fridge, freezer and microwave, we also provide a washing
machine, tumble dryer and iron and ironing board.

We have a spacious and bright dinning room with seating for 6 along
with our breakfast bar with seating for 4.

Our fully screened 30ft swimming pool and jaccuzi has a large deck
area and seating to relax in the sunshine.(Pool heating available at
extra cost).

We provide all linens and towels including towels for use around the
pool area.

Low Season: $125 per night + tax or £500.00 per week
(January, February and November)

Mid Season: $135 per night + tax or £550.00 per week
(March, April, May, June, September and October)

High Season: $155 per night + tax or £600 per week
(July and August)

Christmas, Easter, Thanksgiving: $155 per night + tax £600.00 per week

Bookings of 7 nights or less may incurr cleaning fee of $95 or £50

Pool and Spa Booster heating $20 per day or £100 per week

Refundable security deposit $300 or £200
