Vacation Rental Description

This new condo is beautifully decorated. This two bedroom, plus den,  
end unit has a lakeview in front and a golf course view in the rear. It  
is an end unit, which overlooks the pool on the side, affording the  
residents a tremendous convenience. The vaulted ceilings and side window 
 (overlooking the pool) lend an air of spaciousness and brightness to the unit.  
Cypress Woods is 20 minutes from the Ft. Myers Airport.  It is close  
to Interstate 75 and major shopping centers. You can walk to all  
conveniences. This unit won't last!

Vacation Rental Amenities

This new condo includes an icemaker with filtered water  
system, over the stove state of the art microwave oven, trash  
compactor. 
There are pillowtop mattresses in two bedrooms and a sleeper sofa in  
the third. 
There is also a washer and dryer for the renters convenience. A  
new 32" Sony HD ready TV, and DVD player and a LCD TV in the master  
suite. Wireless internet service is also provided. There is an  
electric barbeque on the spacious rear lanai as well.

Activities and Attractions

Activities include golf on the private Gordon Lewis designed  18 hole Cypress  
Woods Golf course(owners rates for monthly renters of $150 for the  
month),   
tennis, swimming in 2 olympic size pools,2 community sized pools and  
relaxing in the adjacent spas. The  recently renovated fitness  
center has state of the art exercise equipment. The magnificent  
clubhouse includes a restaurant and bar, with affordable, excellent  
meals .  The clubhouse overlooks the  
18th hole. Biking and walking paths meander throughout the  
development.  Naples has the Philarmonic, beautiful  
beaches and a nearby sports arena. A new waterpark was just  
completed ,that is minutes away.  There is literally something for  
everyone. Tennis rackets and new bikes are included.

Vacation Rental Rates

The rates are as follows: $2100-$3300 a month. 
$3000-February and March, January $2800 all others are $2000 a month.
