*One week minimum  
*10% discount on long term rentals. If you stay in unit and  
recommend  
to a friend you receive a 15% discount on your next stay. 
*$200 security deposit required and will be returned after visit is  
completed. 
*Payment accepted in form of US traveler's checks, cashier or  
bankers checks or money orders. Personal checks accepted only when  
drawn on a US bank. 
*Deposit forfeited if cancellation occurs. However, deposit can be  
applied to another rental during the year.
