$1200.00 weekly rate with Owner approval January, February, and April + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep.
$2500.00 monthly rate for March + tax, cleaning, and sec. dep.
There is also a 12% tax, $100.00 cleaning fee, and a $500.00
refundable security deposit.
