favourite cocktail. The villa is South West facing and the lounge,
dining area and master bedroom all have direct access to the large

eating and entertaining family and friends. Lely has three superb
Golf courses, two of which are public courses served by the newly
designed Flamingo Clubhouse which is in walking distance of the
villa. Here there is also a Restaurant and Bar and Golf Range as
well
as a Pro shop and Golf tuition if required. Lely also has many
lovely
walks with good sidewalks and streetlighting. There is also a good
supermarket and other useful shops within the Lely Estate.
Last but not least downtown Naples, shops, bars, restaurants, the
beach, Everglades and all other attractions and amenities are only a
short drive away and should guests need local knowledge or have a
