Bayvista is in a cul-de-sac shared by only 4 other houses and
Audubon owned 24 acre Sweet Springs Nature preserve. It is one mile
from Montana De Oro where horseback riders, hang gliders and surfers
play on its miles of beaches and trails. Just a one mile hike around
the Bay and over the Dunes to a gorgeous remote beach. Can also
travel by Kayak across the Bay to the Dunes.
Hearst Castle, Morro Bay Harbor, Avila Hot Springs wine tasting,
golfing and shopping are minutes away.

In Season: (July & August) $1200/week,
Mid Week $150/Night, Weekends $200/Night (Between Bookings)
Mid Season: (June & Sept) $750 week,
Mid Week $110/Night, Weekends $165/Night (Between Bookings)
Monthly Rates $2200 a month on off season
Off Season (October - May): $750/Week $2000/Month
Mid Week $110/Night, Weekends $165/Night (2 Night Minimum Stay)
Holidays & Graduation: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor
Day, Easter: $1200/week (1 week minimum)
