2 large bedrooms and 2 bath house in quiet residential neighborhood.  
Morro Rock, Sand Dunes and Morro Bay can be viewed from back yard  
while using gas BBQ or sitting in spa. 
 
Sky light enhances Living Room. 
Master bedroom has direct access to the spa.  
2nd bedroom overlooks preserve.

Vacation Rental Amenities

Fully furnished Kitchen. Linens and 2 kayaks furnished. Washer and  
Dryer, VCR, Cable TV, Internet Access (DSL) and DVD Player supplied.  
Spa. 
 
Master bedroom has Queen size bed. 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed.  
3 Twin size beds and room to spare. 

Activities and Attractions

Bayvista is in a cul-de-sac shared by only 4 other houses and  
Audubon owned 24 acre Sweet Springs Nature preserve. It is one mile  
from Montana De Oro where horseback riders, hang gliders and surfers  
play on its miles of beaches and trails. Just a one mile hike around  
the Bay and over the Dunes to a gorgeous remote beach. Can also  
travel by Kayak across the Bay to the Dunes.  
 
Hearst Castle, Morro Bay Harbor, Avila Hot Springs wine tasting,  
golfing  and shopping are minutes away.  

Vacation Rental Rates

In Season: (July & August) $1200/week,   
Mid Week $150/Night, Weekends $200/Night (Between Bookings) 
 
Mid Season: (June & Sept) $1100/week,   
Mid Week $150/Night, Weekends $200/Night (Between Bookings) 
 
Monthly Rates available on request. 
 
Off Season (October - May): $750/Week  $2000/Month 
Mid Week $110/Night, Weekends $165/Night (2 Night Minimum Stay)  
 
 
Holidays & Graduation: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor  
Day, Easter: $1200/week (1 week minimum) 
 
ADDITONAL RENTAL INFORMATION:  
* $100 Cleaning Fee  
* Check-in time: After 3:00 p.m. & Check-out time: Before 11:00 a.m 
 
Reservation Deposit is nonrefundable unless a reservation is  
cancelled a full 30 days before the arrival date.
