Great views, great fun, and 7 bedrooms! in Massanutten Resort

The St Nick, our newly constructed home, is rare for the Massanutten resort. Not only do we have a flat entrance with two small stairs into our home and tons of parking, we also have a big, flat yard complete with a mountain stream. The "St Nick" is located in the kettle, right around the corner from skiing, tubing on the slopes, the mini-golf course, the GoKart track, and one of the two 18-hole golf courses. While we are within the Massanutten Resort complex, we are not connected to the Resort and get no special breaks on or access to Resort amenities. Everything open to the public is available to you. With 2 great rooms, 2 massive decks, 7 bedrooms, a game room with Air Hockey, your entire family with have all the space they need to stretch out and relax. There are two master suites, one on each floor, and 5 bedrooms with either twin over twin bunks or twin
over full bunks.

All you need to bring are your personal toiletries, some food (unless you plan to eat out), and some extra towels if you use the Water Park (we don't want ours to leave the house).

Rental rates are as follows:
17 Mar - 16 Dec (except holidays): $385/night or $2596/week; mid-week specials
17 Dec - 16 Mar (except holidays): $450/night or $2895/week
Holiday periods are Easter, JMU graduation, 4th July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's:
Hoiday rates are $540/night or $3295/ week
There are no extra fees or taxes due.
We require a $395 reservation/damage deposit which is fully refundable provided you abide by the terms of our contract. The deposit is not applied toward rent.
