Vacation Rental Description

The St Nick, our newly constructed home, is rare for the Massanutten resort. Not only do we have a  
flat entrance with no stairs and tons of parking, we also have a big yard complete with a mountain  
stream. The "St Nick" is located in the kettle, right around the corner from tubing and the slopes.   
While we are within the Massanutten Resort complex, we are not connected to the Resort and get no  
special breaks on or access to Resort amenities.  Everything open to the public is available to you.  
With 2 great rooms, 2 massive decks, 7 bedrooms, a game room with Air Hockey, bar room, and 2  
massive decks, your entire family with have all the space they need to stretch out and relax. There  
are two master suites, one on each floor, and 5 bedrooms with either twin over twin bunks or twin  
over full bunks.

Vacation Rental Rates

Rental rates are as follows: 
    17 Mar - 16 Dec 08 (except holidays): $435/night or $2695/week 
    17 Dec 08 - 16 Mar 09 (except holidays): $485/night or $2895/week 
    Holiday periods are Easter, JMU graduation, 4th July, Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year's:   
Hoiday rates are $535/night or $3385/ week 
    There are no extra fees or taxes due.   
    We require a $395 reservation/damage deposit which is fully refundable provided you abide by the  
terms of our contract. The deposit is not applied toward rent.
