Our home has an open floor plan with 12-foot ceilings, lots of room, and a spacious deck & patio overlooking the lake. Great for entertaining and with spectacular views of the lake.

The Custom design as a 2-story lakeside vacation home  offers 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, a great room, Family room area, large dining room and seats 10, breakfast area with 4 seat nook table , large open kitchen with prep island, upstairs kitchen bar with 4 stools, gameroom, wetbar , pool table/Ping Pong, foosball, dartboard, stereo , large 50" flat panel TV in the greatroom,42" flat panel in den,37" flat panel in Masterbed room, 15" flat panel in all other bedrooms, VCR/DVD , wireless internet connection, free long distance phone, and perhaps the best feature -the lake right at your doorstep!

The lakeside of the house is 70% glass so you get amazing views throughout the home. With this lakefront home we were able to build at the 50 ft set back line from the water's edge, so it is very close to the dock and affords wonderful views of the lake from the upper deck and lower patio as well. Also relax at the patio area right beside the water and take in the family fun and activities from the lake only a few steps away from the dock and shoreline.

The main dock is a large U-shape design 20 ft x 40 ft with 2 jet ski docking stations also with a large sitting area at the water's edge beside the pier from the floating dock. We have an additional fixed pier 60 ft from the floating dock for fishing or just relaxing.

Bring the whole family; our home has accommodations to sleep up to 25 guests with 8 bedrooms, 4.5 baths, 2 sleeper queen sofa bed in the great room, 1 queen sleeper on lower level and 2 twin sleeper love seats in the Den/TV area. The main floor has 5 bedrooms and the lower level has 3 bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king-size bedroom suite all other bedrooms have queen size beds with bedroom #7 having a queen bed plus a twin bed, and bedroom 8 with full size bed. The main level of the house has easy access with no stairs and you can drive right up to the front to unload to start your vacation. Beautifully decorated in a lake theme with relaxing colors will give you the feeling of a true get away. Two outside patio table areas located on the lower patio and pier and a gas grill for outside entertainment.

Enjoy the lakefront dining at the local restaurants that are within a few miles by water or land. Deep, year round water at the end of dock for boating and a great place to swim! Fishing, skiing, swimming, or just relaxing, this area has it all! Beautiful views from everywhere in the house!

We provide the sheets, towels and start up set of paper goods and hand soaps--you bring the bathing suits and just have fun! We also have available baby beds, playpens, high chairs, and strollers so you do not have to pack those things for your trip. We really want to make your vacation easy and enjoyable so come stay with us and catch some sun, fun and relax at our new home.

We offer boat rentals with 24 ft Pontoon boats, and the marina 1 mile away has ski boats and jet skis for rent to make your lake vacation package complete. And always enjoy our 2 kayaks and paddleboat that come with the house.'

We accept MasterCard, Visa, AmericanExpress and personal checks.  25% deposit is required to confirm reservation and the balance is due 60 days before arrival.   Your reservation is not confirmed until we receive your down payment.  Unfortunately, we cannot hold dates without a down payment.

We rent Saturday to Saturday from Memorial Day through Labor Day.  Partial weeks available the rest of the year with a two-night minimum.

We do not allow any type of party or event, including weddings, receptions, rehearsal dinners, reunions, etc.  Our homes are for vacation purposes only.
