The Boardwalk Beach House is the perfect place to call home while visiting the City!. 
Cozy, clean, casual and bright, 4 bedroom duplex on Lake Ontario, 15 minutes from downtown Toronto, (consisting of two 1,100 sq.ft. 2 bedroom apts.) An upper and ground floor unit. Each unit can easily accommodate 5 people. Hardwood floors & trim throughout, water views from living/dining rooms, galley kitchens and private balconies. A designated 'heritage' home, with genuine Beach character.
Comfortable beds ensure a good night sleep. Linens and towels are provided. The ground floor unit is most suitable for families with young children. We have playpens, highchair, beach toys, bikes etc.

It’s truly a rare find... located in the HEART OF THE BEACH! 
You are literally on the beach and boardwalk, with miles of bikepath to explore the city, right at your doorstep.

Listen to the waves and enjoy what nature has to offer by living on the lake, with breath taking sunrises and moonrises over the water.
This quiet enclave has been designated 'Heritage ', and is only one block south of Queen Street East @ Wineva Ave.

The Boardwalk Beach House boasts a southwest exposure, each unit has a  private balcony facing the lake, BBQ, picnic tables, lawn furniture, fenced in side yard, WiFi, cable, filtered drinking water, and is FIDO friendly :) 

Great spot for people watching, kite or windsurfing, building sandcastles, strolling the boardwalk, swimming ( when the lake is warm enough) rollerblading, biking  or simply Lollygagging with friends and family.

SUP rentals available.

Public transportation ( TTC) is just one block north, with the Queen streetcar (24 hrs.) or a 7 minute bus ride ( #64 South) to the Main Street subway station, to get you across town.

Easy access to the freeway, (The Gardiner Expressway and Lakeshore Blvd.) and a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Toronto, the Theatre, Financial and Entertainment districts, the Distillery District, ACC, CN Tower, The Roger's Centre ( Skydome), the Convention Centre, AGO, The Museum, St. Lawrence and Kensington Markets, China Town, City Hall, the Eaton Centre, Harbourfront, the Ferry docks to Toronto Islands, and the CNE grounds.

The neighbourhood of 'The Beach ' is a residential/ commercial community, with a small town feel. It was considered 'Çottage Country' back in the day! 'The BEACH' is a designated tourist area, so stores are open on Sundays & Holidays! 
You are within walking distance to local trendy shops, 2 libraries, cafes, restaurants and pubs, movie theatres, 24 hr. public transit and nightlife.
Tennis courts, lawn bowling, golf, SUP rentals, outdoor Olympic size swimming pools, 2 waterfront off-leash dog parks, baseball diamonds, beach volleyball, marinas, boat ramps, skating rinks, a new $2 million skateboard park, children playgrounds and beautiful parks ( Kew Gardens, Ashbridges & Woodbine) and ravines ( Glen Manor, Don Valley & Taylor Creek) are all nearby, within .5 -3 km.

The Martin-Goodman Trail runs for miles along our boardwalk and vibrant waterfront.

'The Beach' is host to many events, such as the Victoria Day and Canada Day Fireworks displays, volleyball tournaments, Ahloha Toronto SUP event, music festivals, Easter and Santa Claus parades, art and crafts shows and many more local events. A summer time annual highlight which draws worldwide attention, is the FREE 2 week long Beaches International Jazz Festival, in late July. 

In late June, Toronto is host to PRIDE week, and one of the largest Gay Pride Parades. The tradition of the C.N.E in late Augsust through till Labour Day and exploring the countryside with the amazing fall colours in October over our Thanksgiving holiday weekend.

There are many places to see and enjoy outside the city too!

1.5-2 hrs. to the West is the quaint and historical Niagara-on-the Lake, the Shaw Festival, Vineyards & Niagara Falls.

2 hrs. North West is Lake Huron, Tobermory and the Bruce Peninsula and Trail.

2 hrs. North are the ski hills of Blue Mountain in Collingwood and the beautiful sunsets and sands of Wasaga Beach, the longest fresh water beach in the world, located on Georgian Bay.

2 hrs. North/East is cottage country, the Trent River System and the Muskokas.

2 hrs. East is Picton and Prince Edward County, farms, Vineyards and artists communities.

3 hrs. East is the Historical town of Kingston.

5 hrs East is our nations capital city, Ottawa.

6 hrs. East is Montreal, Quebec.

8 hrs. East is Quebec City, Quebec.
