slips with electric lifts and 2 outdoor dining areas with BBQ Grill.
Large deck overlooking lake with lots of seating. Jacuzzi, kayaks, and boat rentals.  Sleeps 18.
Great house for large gatherings, family reunions, corporate retreats, etc.to enjoy the 
summer fun. The house is 20-25 minutes from Schlitterbahn, tubing down 
the Guadalupe, or kickin' up your heels in Gruene.  Great shopping in 
nearby San Marcos and New Braunfels and only 40 minutes to the San Antonio 
Riverwalk.  Major Credit Cards Accepted!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Amenities include fully stocked kitchen, washer/dryer,  
Jacuzzi tub, hot tub & televisions in living area and bedrooms. Cable TV & high speed internet.  2 
boat slips with electric lifts and a boat dock, fishing pier, swimming area and kayaks included.  
Boat rentals available.  Major Credit Cards Accepted!

Activities and Attractions

Close to Schlitterbahn, rafting & tubing down the Guadalupe, 
Comal, Blanco and San Marcos rivers. There is ample shopping at the 
spectacular outlet stores in San Marcos, as well as in Gruene.  Only 
40 mintues to the San Antonio River Walk for great shopping and 
great restaurants.  Or just relax at Lake McQueeney, which is 
perfect for fishing, boating, skiing, tubing, and basking in the 
warm Texas sun.  

Vacation Rental Rates

Rates:
$300 per Day (Sunday - Thursday) $350.00 (Friday & Saturday)   
$1850/Week $5500/Month

$300 Security Deposit, $125 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee 
$50.00 Pet Deposit (Refundable if no damages)

Full payment required before stay

Cancellation:
75% refund up to 72 hours before stay
50% refund after that
