Welcome to our privately owned home completed in April of 2003 
with no expense spared in the extra luxurious furnishings! 
 
The home sits in a Peaceful and Tranquil location in Central Florida  
on US Hwy. 27 between US Hwy. 192 and I-4 yet only minutes from  
Center Disney World, Shopping Centers, Restaurants, Outlets and  
surrounded by over 30 of America's Greatest Golf Courses. 
 
The Beautiful Community offers an elegant Clubhouse, oversized  
heated community pool, tennis courts, and for the little ones,  
kiddie pool and play area.  There is an exercise room with treadmill  
and weight machines.  There is a pooltable in the Clubhouse and a  
computer room for internet access (there is a charge for this).   
 
For snowbirds, its perfect. Enjoy your vacation during the winter  
months at affordable rates. 
 
You will be pampered with amenities in our home. 
 
There are no pets allowed and no smoking inside the house just in  
outside porch.

Vacation Rental Amenities

With every possible Resort Style amenities at your disposal, renting  
our home gives you automatic Membership for duration of your stay to  
Community Facilities including the oversized heated pool, children's  
pool and play area, tennis courts, exercise room and computer room. 
 
The home is 1456 square feet with a luxury fully fitted and equipped  
kitchen with a beautiful dining and family room all in one large area.   
The family room is open plan to the kitchen and dining area.  
A spacious private screened porch to relax and enjoy the morning breakfast. 
 
A range of equipments are provided for your comfort, including  
central airconditioning, self cleaning oven, ceramic top renge,  
microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, side by side freezer &  
refrigerator, full size washer & dryer, iron & ironing board, hair  
dryers, 2 cable TV's, DVD player, VCR, stereo with CD player,  
beautiful dishes & utensils, glass wares, towels and linens.  There  
is even a high chair & stroller for any little ones.  Just bring  
your clothes!! 
 
* Master Bedroom has queen size bed with master bath. 
* 2nd Bedroom has full size bed. 
* 3rd Bedroom has two twin beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

All rates are based on 7 nights (1 week) 
 
*   Jan 1-Mar 31................................$400.00/week 
*   Apr 1-Jun 30 ...............................$425.00/week 
*   Jul 1-Sep 30 ...............................$500.00/week 
*   Oct 1-Dec 31 ...............................$550.00/week 
 
*   Thanksgiving and Easter.....................$600.00/week 
 
Price includes: amenities, facilities and final cleaning. 
 
Florida state taxes of 12% do apply. 
 
**$250 non-refundable deposit required to hold reservation.  This 
  deposit will be used against your rental. 
   
**Balance due 4 weeks before commencement of rental, 50% forfeit  
  if cancellation 2-4 weeks prior to rental and 100% if within 2  
  weeks of rental. 
 
**Refundable security deposit of $250.00 taken upon arrival from the 
  management company (refunded after satisfactory management report 
  usually within 30 days)** 
 
**Check-In time is 4:00PM and Check-Out time is 10:00AM 
 
 
 
 
Rates subject to change at any time. 
 
If you stay less than on week (7 nights) there is a $65 cleaning fee. 
 
100% payment plus Security Deposit if booking 60 days or less from  
date of arrival.
