and hob. Coffee maker, kettle, plenty of utensils and enough
glasses, plates, cups, mugs, knives, forks and spoons to supply an
army! We have a breakfast table seating four, for the early risers
or the late night snackers...
Seperate dining room with large table seating eight. Plenty of space
to talk about the days adventures over dinner.
For the outdoor types a 28' x 15' heated pool awaits with an
oversized lanai complete with table, chairs and loungers. It's south
facing too and has privacy fencing.

All linens, towels (and pool towels) provided.
A gas BBQ grill with utensils is ready for use.
There is a washing machine and dryer in the utility room and a
clothes line in the garage.
Plenty of CD's, DVD's and games to keep you entertained in the home.

The Central Gulf Coast Region has lots to offer the holiday maker.
Disney is around 90 minutes away but if it's Roller Coasters you
want, then Busch Gardens is only a 45 minute drive. There's also a
safari park too! Closer to home are nature reserves and wildlife
parks with unspoilt beaches close by. Name your activity, it's all
here: canoeing, fishing, horse riding, hiking, bird watching,
boating,cycling, tennis and golf. Infact LOTS of golf! It's not
suprising the area is known as Florida's Nature Coast. Spring Hill
is only 45 minutes north of Tampa, which means world class shopping
malls. Clearwater and St Petersburg are popular tourist attractions
all within easy reach from Spring Hill. It's an ideal location;
local shops, restaurants and cinema in a friendly town with a good
community spirit.
