door opener.  Third bedroom is also equipped with desk and phone  
lines for use as an office, in addition to bed & remote cable TV.

Private heated pool, jacuzzi in master bath.  Outdoor grill and patio  
furniture; fully furnished, complete with linens, bath and beach

Vacation Rental Rates

Flexible occupancy; weekly, monthly or seasonal.  Rates are $5200 to  
$8500 per month, depending on the season and length of contract.   
Weekly $1950 to $3250.
