House is decorated with elegant country cottage decor, with heavy
wicker and solid wood funiture, plantation blinds, tiffany and
lighthouse lamps, heirloom country quilts, silk flowers, country
crafts, and many sets of fine china and cookware. Located in an 18-
hole golf-course community, an easy 5-minute drive to the beach with
no beach traffic. Large community indoor and outdoor pools and
tennis courts are located 3 blocks from the house. Back yard and
side patio are totally private with view of woods and back garden
has lawn chairs, swing, gas grill, and three picnic tables for
outdoor dining.

Parking is available for 7 cars at house. Additional cars may be
parked at the club house, three blocks away
All of the king-sized beds can be pulled apart and made into two
twins if necessary. Bedsheets and towels are available stored in
the house. All bedrooms have cable TVs and DVD players.

Laundry room has washer/dryer- All sheets and towels used by renters
must be washed and put away prior to departure, or renters have
option of bringing their own linens.

Three blocks from the house:
Large Indoor pool and jacuzzi and outdoor pool with baby pool
Snack bar, pro shop, playground, basketball court, volleyball court,
shuffleboard court, tennis courts, practice golf driving range,
miniature golf course, video arcade, exercise room, ping pong room,
and stocked pond for fishing and kayaking.
Beach is a 5-minute drive away. You can park at the Bethany Beach
boardwalk or the beautiful Delaware Seashore State Park beach with
full amenities, including bathhouse, snack bar, lifeguards, umbrella
rentals, and huge parking lot. The calm bay beach at Holts Landing
State Park is also available nearby for small children.

Rental taxes, cable TV, internet service, and pool/tennis recreation
fees are already included in the following rental rates.
Cleaning fees must be added onto these rates. Off-season rates are
$176. Summer cleaning rates are $200
All weekend rentals are for three nights. The price is the same for
two nights or three nights.
November through March - $1,050 per weekend for 2 or 3 nights - same
price ($350 per night)
April ($1,200 per weekend for 2 or 3 nights ($400 per night)
May ($1,200 per weekend for 2 or 3 nights)
Memorial Day weeked to Labor Day weekend all summer nights are $600
per night plus cleaning fee of $200. Taxes and recreation fees are
already included in these rates. Summer rentals are Saturday to
Saturday; Memorial Day and Labor Day weekends are a three-night
minimum rental.
September and October weekends $1,200 for 2 or 3 nights - same price
September and October weeks, Friday to Friday or Thursday to
Thursday or Monday to Monday rentals are half price at $2,100 per week
plus cleaning fee
November through March weekends are $1,050 for 2 or 3 nights ($350 per
night)
New Years is $350 per night for December 31, 2008, and January 1, 2009
