Water frontage on Keewayden lake with 75 ft being sandy beach area
with gradual entry and sandy bottom that is perfect for children. A
large stockade fence surrounds the outter edge of the cottage for
privacy and provides safety for Children and Pets. The interior is
knotty pine throughout, with a huge wrap-around screen porch that
looks out to the lake and beautiful mountains. The bedrooms are
cozy with the soft skin rugs at the foot of all beds, with the scent
of pine throughout. The main level has a spacious living
room area with gas fireplace and fieldstone hearth. The kids
can be close with all the bedrooms located on the top floor. The
kitchen and living room each have their own entry to the screen
porch that also has two twin beds. There is a dock for boats and a
row boat to stroll around the lake. "Birch Point" is the perfect
Maine Cabin that offers something for everyone. The unit is located
25 min from Norway & 40 min to N. Conway,NH that is great for
shopping outlets and activaties for families.
