This sunny Vilano Beach home gives vacation renters dream-home

bath house offers an open living room and kitchen with a bar-height
counter in which to entertain. The whole house was recently

tile work adorns the kitchen and the fireplace.

people to enjoy a beach vacation in a beautiful setting. There is a
table with colorful chairs on the deck awaiting a family dinner or

The many decks, the patio, and the Tiki hut serve as drivers of your

pro football is only a 45 minute drive.

Weekly Rates: $2,000 - $3,000, depending upon season
Nightly Rates: $325/night during Low Season only.

High Season: $3,000: May 28, 2010 - August 27th, 2010
Low Season: $2,000: January 1st-May 27th/August 27th-December 31st.

Holiday Rate: Add $500 for holiday week.

Please add 10% accomodation tax
Cleaning Fee: $150

Optional membership to Serenata Beach Club facilities including
structured children's activities, restaurant, workout facilities
with lockers and showers, two pools (one is adult only), hot tub, a
delightful bar and banquet facilities ($170.00/ week for everyone
staying in the beach house)

Conditions and Rules:
-A cleaning fee of $150 will be added to the rental rate
-Sales and bed tax of 10% are added to the above rates
-Security deposit (refundable) and one-half of the rent required to
reserve the house. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival.
Failure to pay the balance due will result in forfeiture of the
entire amount paid to date and cancellation of the reservation.
-Should your plans change after your deposit or full payment has
been made, we will happily reschedule your stay for a mutually
convenient time. No refunds are given on this home.
-Pets are not permitted. Violation will result in forfeiture of
deposit
-Smoking in the house is not permitted. Violation will result in
forfeiture of deposit
-Check-in at 4:00 P.M. - time to chill the wine and enjoy the
beach! Check-out at 10:00 A.M. to make room for our next guests!
