Two picture windows overlook the stream behind the house, which is surrounded on the other three sides by a large yard. Just 10 minutes to Oneonta and Cooperstown All Star Village and Baseball World and 30 minutes to Cooperstown Dreamparks and the Baseball Hall of Fame. Two minutes to Ouleout Golf Course.

Our "great" room, a combination living room and dining room, measures 30x24 feet and overlooks the stream in the back. The Master bedroom has a queen-size bed. The other bedrooms have two twin beds each. There are two pull-out sleepers in the living room. Two full baths. There is a full kitchen including microwave, toaster oven, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer, and a gas grill on the porch. Home theater system with CD, DVD, VCR, DIRECTV, phone and internet. Extra TV for Nintendo and Playstation. All linens and towels provided. Smoke Free. Air Conditioning.
