Vacation Rental Description

Our beautiful, newer inland home is just a 2 BLOCK walk or drive to  
the famous Tigertail Beach. We are centrally located on the Island  
and just 3/4 of a mile from The Esplande where you will find upscale  
shopping and dining. The decor inside our home is neutral, yet has  
an "island feel".  
 
As you enter into the beautiful foyer you immediately look out onto  
the screened pool area through the living room.  Our home has 3  
spacious bedrooms.  The master bedroom, which is seperate from  
the other bedrooms, has a king size bed with a large dresser and two  
nightstands and also includes a T.V. and a DVD player.  It also has  
a walk-in closet and it's own full bathroom including a walk-in  
shower with double sinks.  The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed,  
dresser and nightstand.  The 3rd bedroom, which is adjacent to the  
other 3/4 bath has two twin beds, a smaller dresser and a  
nightstand.  The 3/4 bath also leads to the screened lanai/pool  
area.  The kitchen is decorated with island style wallpaper and is  
fully furnished including a full size refrigerator, range,  
microwave, dishwasher and disposal.  The kitchen also has a long  
breakfast bar with 3 stools.  The family room which has a slider  
leading to the enclosed pool area has a stereo, DVD player and large  
T.V.  The home also has a dining area with seating for four and a  
living room, which also has a triple slider leading to the pool  
area.  The attached 2 car garage keeps your car cool from the warm  
Florida sun.

Vacation Rental Amenities

We provide all of the linens, towels and cookware that you will  
need,  
including a toaster oven, blender, utensils, kitchen towels, beach  
towels, beach chairs, toys, etc.  We have also provided a washer and  
dryer that you may use. Our inland home has a fully screened covered  
lanai with an inground pool.  There are also 2 chaise lounges,  and  
a table with 4 chairs for dining outside by the pool. We usually  
have on hand beach toys, floats, etc.  We have also included a grill  
for those nights that you feel like dining in.

Activities and Attractions

Marco Island is lined with miles of white sand beaches, luxurious  
real estate, beautiful year-round weather, great restaurants and  
live entertainment along with plenty of activities to enjoy while  
your on your well deserved vacation.   
 
Tigertail Beach is just a two block walk from our house.   
Activities that are nearby include beaches, swimming, golfing,  
charter fishing, biking, shelling and dolphin sightseeing cruises,  
dinner cruises, parasailing, jetskiing, Everglades air boat tours or  
you may even enjoy a ferry ride to the Keys.  Marco also has a  
unique movie theatre just a mile away that offers dining and drinks  
prior to the beginning of the movie. Several areas of the Island  
offer shopping and many excellent restaurants.  
 
Naples is just 16 miles away, where the shopping and dining on 5th  
Avenue is unsurpassed, not to mention their own beatiful beaches.   
Naples also has a small zoo and mini golf for the kids. Marco Island  
offers so many activities, however, you may do as much or as little  
as you'd like.   
 
From family vacations to a romantic rendezvous for two, Marco Island

Vacation Rental Rates

Winter/Spring Special!!!  Last minute cancellation.  Book the last  
two weeks in January for just $1400/wk plus typical deposit and  
cleaning fees!! NOW THAT'S A DEAL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! 
 
In-Season Rates (December-April)1850/wk (plus 500 deposit and 125  
cleaning fee) 
Off-Season Rates (May-November)1250/wk  (plus 500 deposit and 125  
cleaning fee) 
 
In-Season Per Month $4500.                                          
Off-Season Per Month $2500. 
 
What we require once your booked:  50% of rental fee plus your  
security deposit.  We require the balance due plus the cleaning fee  
60 days prior to occupancy.  We accept personal checks and money  
orders.  If your booking last minute, then we require a money order  
to be fed ex'd to us (personal check doesn't have enough time to  
clear) 
 
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:  0-30 days: No return of  
deposit.  31-60 days: We will return deposit once your time frame  
has been re-booked. In the event that we do not re-book your time  
frame, we will not be returning the deposit. 61+ days: Complete  
refund of deposit. 
 
We will try to match any reasonable offer that you have obtained  
provided the property is comparable in features/amenities and  
location.
