Large 4 bedroom condo, conveniently located 150 feet from the beach
and boardwalk. You can park your car in the garage and never need
it again. Just roll out of bed in the morning, jump into your
bathing suit, grab the cooler and stroll on up to the free beach.
What's not to love?!
The master bedroom has a queen size bed and a ful bathroom.
The second bedroom has one twin bed and one full size bed.
The third bedroom has a queen and a twin beds.
The fourth bedroom has a queen size bed.
The sofa opens up to a queen size sleeper.
There is also a second full bathrooom.
There are flat screen TV's with DVD's in all of the bedrooms and Living Room. We also have a stereo there for your listening pleasure.
We have a large deck with a table and chairs. You'll get to enjoy
the Friday night fireworks from there.
We also have aWeber grill and an enclosed outdoor shower (hot/cold water)
so you can wash the sand off from the beach.
There is a basket filled with brochures, menus and a listing of all
the events going on in the area.

There is a full eat in kitchen with a coffee maker, blender (of
course), food processor, microwave, dishwasher. We have an ironing
board and iron, washer/dryer, and a vacuum. There is a one car
garage - which actually gives you two off-street parking spaces.
