The building is on beautiful South Padre Island  with a private gated pool/jacuzzi area right on the beach and exclusive beach access.

From the private deck on the 5th floor you can enjoy a view of the Gulf of Mexico and other sweeping island views.   The decks excellent southern exposure make it enjoyable year round.

Swimming, Surfing, Kiteboarding, Fishing are all possible right in front of the building.   Or just head downstairs and right onto the beach for a long walk. Awesome sunrises and sunsets everyday right from the private deck.
