Located on HW 27 just off the I 4, approximately 10 minutes from  
Disney Maingate. 
2 minutes from Posner Park retail centre with Target, JC Penny and many other stores.

wardrobe, bathroom with large shower. 
 
Master bed 2 - Queen bed, built-in wardrobe, Cable TV and DVD,  
hairdrier, bathroom with large shower 
 
2 twin bedrooms -both with Cable TV, one Disney theme, shared  
bathroom with bath and shower. 
 
Full sized wooden Crib with linen and High Chair. 
 
Digital cable TV/DVD/CD/video, small selection of board games and  
books in great room and a Playstation 2 in separate area. 
 
Game room with 8' slate bed POOL TABLE, Table football Electronic

28' x 14' heated private pool, south facing for maximun sun,  
extended deck, covered lanai, whole area mesh screened for guest  
comfort.

bushes to the rear.

We now provide FREE Local, Long Distance and International Phone  
Calls. Phone home whenever you like at no cost to yourself. No need

PRICES from $805 per week  
 
Christmas and Easter: 
$980 per week 
 
Extras: 
Florida State & Tourist Taxes - add 12% 
Pool heating – $154 per week,  
Cleaning fee if less than 7 days stay $95  
Refundable Security: 
A refundable security of $300 is required with every booking. 
Deposit 
A non-returnable deposit of $200 per week is required with booking. 
Full remittance and refundable security is required 10 weeks prior  
to departure.
