was finished in the fall of 2003. Seaside boasts a pool, a
beautiful lagoon with a lighted fountain and a clubhouse with an
exercise room. It is located just steps away from the white sandy
beaches of the Atlantic Ocean, the St. Augustine Fishing Pier and
the City Recreation Center & Cultural Center. Seaside is very close
to Boutiques, Shops, Restaurants and World Golf Village. Historic
downtown St. Augustine is only a short drive away. Jacksonville is
only 41 miles to the North, and Orlando is 105 miles South.

Our Condo has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 6 people. It has
ceramic tile in all rooms, Berber carpet in the bedrooms and
it is nicely decorated. It is located on the bottom floor, so it
is just steps away from the pool. We have provided a patio table and
chairs where you can enjoy sipping coffee and watching
the sunrise. The patio is off the living room and Master Bedroom it has a spectacular view of the lagoon, pool and clubhouse.
