downtown and just 40 minutes from San Diego. This 11th floor 
penthouse suite has a SPECTACULAR 200+ degree views of the OCEANFRONT 
and CITY. The Penthouse is awesome and nothing in Rosarito 
compares. The penthouse suite is 1900 sq.ft. with Mexican pavers 
throughout, tile on all bathroom walls, tile murals and beauriful 
artwork. Enjoy the circular bar area and large Mexican tiled kitchen 
with center island. Outside deck is 40 ft. long with sand and ocean 
immediately below. The beautiful sunsets are awesome! Rental horses, 
ATV's, jet skis and sun bathers are all in front of you on the beach. 
Located downtown in the middle of shopping, restaurants, and nite 
clubs (Papas and Beer 1 block away), but still ON the BEACH with 
direct beach access. No need to drive any place....Get in touch with 
JJ or BJ and book this great unit, have a few margaritas, have some 
lobster, watch all the action on the beach below from your luxury 
penthouse, and enjoy your Mexican Get-Away! Remember, we do have a 
gated complex with 24 hour security patrol.

We also can offer you Mini-Suites (smaller than our Penthouse) to 
rent out located in the same complex...they have 2 bedrooms/2 baths
