Vacation Rental Description

Ground floor, fully furnished 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo.  Totally  
equipped eat-in kitchen with eat-in area.  Dining room that seats 6  
and spacious living area which opens to a screened-in lanai offering  
privacy and view of the golf course. Large master bedroom has king  
size bed,walk-in closet, dressing area, full master bath and walkout  
access to the lanai.   
The "golf motif" guest bedroom has a queen size bed and its own full  
bathroom.      

Vacation Rental Amenities

All neccessary amenities and conveniences are available including  
AC, local phone service, cable TV, laptop w/internet connection,  
full size washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, clock radio,  
coffee maker, ceiling fans in all rooms.   
Also, cooking utensils, linens/pillows provided. Reserved car port  
parking.  Pool w/hot tub and tennis court at your door. Temporary  
class A golf membership to Tara Golf and Country Club can be  
transferred with the rental which includes an 18 hole golf course,  
Club House full restaurant and bar, Tara's main pool and tennis  
courts, fully equipped workout room and steam room.

Activities and Attractions

Tara Golf & Country Club is located off of State Rd 70. Exit 217W   
Interstate 75 for easy access to airports, Sarasota and the  
beautiful beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. It is close to great  
restaurants, grocery stores, retail and outlet shopping.
