Enjoy a Port St Lucie lifestyle featuring casual elegance at its  
finest. We have endeavoured to provide our guests with all the  
conveniences to make your stay with us a truly memorable one. No  
need to bring anything. The only thing our guests need to do is  
follow the directions to the grocery store, the beach, the golf  
course, and come home and chill out. This is truly a vacation home  
which has been outfitted to meet your every need. 
 
This gorgeous 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath home with a heated waterfall pool,  
is located in a quiet, family style neighborhood. Just 45 minutes  
north of West Palm Beach, this contemporary home is designed with  
entertaining and comfort in mind. 
 
From the moment you pull into the driveway, you notice the tropical  
foliage and nautical landscaping that immediately takes your mind to  
some lost, forgotten island. Entering this tropical themed home, the  
Living Room, Dining Room, Kitchen and Family Room are combined to  
make a wonderful great room for all your entertaining desires. The  
Kitchen comes equipped with all your cooking needs. From juicers,  
blenders, a microwave, etc. everything you need is here at your  
beckoning. The step-down living room has an oversized chair and a  
sofa with a queen size pullout mattress. Kick back and watch the 50  
inch TV, complete with cable, and a DVD/CD/VHS player, with surround- 
sound stereo. Oh, did I mention the wet bar in the living room,  
stocked with all your needed bar accessories. 
 
The heated waterfall pool comes equipped with floats and  
accessories. There are pool loungers and chairs to make sunbathing  
enjoyable. A nice patio dining table is here to allow you to dine  
outdoors in the screened environment. Try your cooking skills on the  
new stainless steel grill and cook that fresh fish and lobster  
bought at the local market. There is also a refrigerator outdoors to  
hold all your favorite cold beverages. No need to go inside to watch  
your favorite sports, show, or movie. There is a TV mounted on the  
wall outside for your viewing. 
 
Entering the Master Bedroom through the double French doors, you  
will notice the comfy queen size bed with a pillow top mattress for  
your sleepy nights. There is also a large TV with cable and tropical  
themed furniture. Entry to the lanai and pool area is made through  
another set of French doors. The Master Bathroom has a large roman- 
style tub for those nightly soaks, and a stand-up shower.Anemities  
are provided. 
 
The second bedroom is furnished with a beautiful cherry 4 poster  
bed. Nightstands and a cherry chest make for plenty of storage. This  
room has a TV with cable. A door leads directly into the lanai and  
pool area. 
The third bedroom features a double size pillow top bed. 
 
A washer and dryer, complete with laundry detergent are located off  
the kitchen, by the garage entrance. A iron and ironing board is  
also available. There are also 2 inflatable queen size mattresses  
available. Feel free to park your vehicle in the garage to keep in  
cool in those hot days. 
 
Beach towels, a beach umbrella, a roll-about cooler, and beach  
chairs are provided for your comfort. 
 
We provide paper towels, toilet paper, dish washing supplies. 
 
 
St Lucie County's best known asset is it's spectacularly beautiful  
barrier islands, boasting 21 miles of bleached white beaches edging  
a cobalt-blue ocean lined with sabal palms. Public beaches lie along  
7 miles of this costal stretch, projecting an unspoiled, tropical,  
tranquility, rarely found anywhere else in the state.  
 
This tropical home is located 13 miles from the nearest beach,  
Hutchinson Island, or about a 20 minute drive. It is a beautiful,  
unspoiled area, the way much of Florida used to be. 
 
There are over 15 superb golf courses in the immediate area  
including PGA Golf Club at PGA Village, and Club Med at Sandpiper  
Resort. Within a 100 mile radius of Port St Lucie are some of  
Florida’s top attractions including Disney World, Orlando, Daytona  
Beach, Kennedy Space Center, Fort Lauderdale, and Miami. 
 
There is world class fishing available and charters leave daily from  
the Jupiter, St Lucie and Fort Pierce Inlet.

 Sales Tax and St Lucie Tourism Tax is 11.5%. 
$500 Refundable Security Deposit and a major credit card required. 
3 night minimum stay. $75 cleaning fee for stays under 4 nights
