1/2 hour from Sunrise Ski Resort. Nightly, weekend, or monthly  
rentals  
available. A must see!

Vacation Rental Amenities

Master bedroom has a new queen bed with master bathroom. Second  
bedroom has one new queen bed and a twin bed. Lots of closet and  
dresser space.  
Third bedroom has bunk beds with an extra twin. Also has an extra  
twin mattress and 2 couches.  Cable tv with DVD available. 
Kitchen has new appliances, and fully stocked with  
pots/pans/dishware etc.  Laundry room available for use.

Activities and Attractions

Private lake within walking distance.  Sunrise Ski resort 1/2 hour  
away.  5 minutes from local restaurants/bars/shops.

Vacation Rental Rates

Approximately $160/night. Weekends 2 night minimum. $750 for 5  
nights, $1100 for 7 nights.  $75 cleaning fee. $300 refundable  
security deposit required. $100 additional deposit for pets. 50%  
deposit required to book home.  Must book 3 nights on holiday  
weekends. Price may increase in winter months, holiday weekends and  
summer months.
