Ocean Front, one bedroom / one bath (754 sq. ft.) condo with a fully
equipped kitchen, living room, dining room and private screened

for al fresco dining. King size bed in bedroom, 2 full size futons
in living room, central air conditioning and ceiling fans. Cable
TV,
FAX and DVD player. Washer and dryer in condo, all linens
(including
beach towels). Fresh water swimming pool, private white sand beach,
lounge chairs and tennis court.

Watch a magnificent sunset from the beach, dive the fabulous barrier
reef and walls, discover the spectacular coral with abundant fish
life on a snorkel excursion. Take a sail on a catamaran, dinner and
sunset cruises take a fishing charter or a trip to Sting Ray City
where visitors pet and feed stingrays in their natural habitat of a
waist deep sand bar. Visit the beautiful Rum Point via the Rum
Point
Ferry. Play on one of the most beautiful, scenic golf courses with
ocean breezes and views.

Rates are for Single or Double Occupancy Per Night. For additional
guests (maximum 2) add $20 USD per night per person.
Low Season: April 16 through December 14 $1200 per week, additional
days $200 USD per night.
High Season: December 15 through April 15 $1650 per week,additional
days $275 USD per night.
