Low Season May 1st-October 31st $950 per week 
Low Season Monthly Rate $3000 
 
High Season November 1st-April 30th $1250 per week 
High Season Monthly Rate $3900 
 
Rates based upon a family of 4 sharing.For additional adults or  
children over 12 yrs,please add $100 per person. 
 
 Christmas and Easter rates upon request. 
 
All rental rates are subject to 11% Florida State Occupancy Tax 
$750 Security Deposit 
$135 Cleaning Fee 
Utility allowance @ $25 per week,any additional useage will be  
calculated from actual bill reading. 
 
Prices are based upon a minumum rental of 1 weeks stay for 2 Adults  
sharing,additional Adults  @$100 per  
person.Children of all ages are very welcome!
