Conveniently located within walking distance of Seaside and just a
hop-skip-and-a-jump from the ever popular Seagrove Market. The
beach is within approximately less than an easy 2-minute.

Shady Grove is spacious and comfortable throughout with quality
furnishings. The property sleeps 8-10 and there's ample parking for
four vehicles.
The living-area offers all the comforts of home with tasteful
decorative touches throughout and a wood-burning fireplace. There's
a 32" flat-screen cable TV over the fireplace + DVD. Sleeper sofa.
The kitchen is fully-stocked and has all modern stainless-steel
appliances. The dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the
breakfast bar for 4. A washer/dryer is provided off the porch
area..
The master bedroom has a King bed and flat-screen TV, and access to
the hallway bathroom with double vanities. The spacious second
bedroom has two Queen beds, a flat-screen TV and private bathroom
and access to the screened porch. The third bedroom has two twin
beds and a flat-screen TV.
The roomy "L" shaped porch looks out onto the grove of live oaks and
the large, private pool.
The generous sized pool sits in the rear of the property and offers
privacy. A charcoal grill is provided.

Scenic-30A on the Northwest Panhandle of Florida runs 18-miles
between Destin to the west and Panama City to the east. This area
is also branded as the Emerald Coast and is well-known for it's
lustrous powder-white sand beaches and balmy turquoise waters of the
Gulf of Mexico.

Numerous top-ranking Golf courses including the Santa Rosa Golf Club
in nearby Santa Rosa Beach

Extensive kid’s attractions and amusements can be found in nearby
Panama City Beach and Destin.

Wonderful shopping in unique beach communities scattered along 30A.

A terrific bike path meanders through seaside communities, alongside
lakes, through woodlands and beach areas. The path runs from Blue
Mountain to Inlet Beach, 18-miles in length with 9-miles being off-
road. A real fun activity for all the family. Bike rentals are
available throughout 30A.

Picturesque Deer Lake State Park has 1700 acres of old, unmarked
hiking trails, plus 172 acres of beach and lake areas. The sand-
dunes are incredible and well worth a visit to this secluded beach
area, just a few miles to the east.

Grayton Beach State Recreation Area - 2000+ acres of beaches, nature
trails, picnic areas.

Eden State Gardens is a short drive away and sits on Tucker Bayou ..
a perfect place for a picnic lunch under the incredible moss-draped
oaks.

Fishing, boating, boat charters and cruises, dolphin sunset cruises,
watersports can be found in nearby Destin.
