Vacation Rental Description

Adorable 3 BR, 2 BA condo located directly on Conchas Chinas beach 
less than 1 kilometer from town.  If you are looking for a great beach 
front condo, look no more.   You can't surpass the view from this 
condo as it looks directly out onto the pool, garden area, and a very 
beautiful private sandy beach.  Plus AWESOME VIEWS of the city.  Our 
condo has 3 bedrooms - one bedroom with a queen size bed, the master 
has a king size and there is a single bed in the third bedroom.  In 
addition, you have two full bathrooms and a condiment stocked kitchen 
for your dining pleasure.  
 
The unit is located in a charming 24 unit Mexican style condomium.  
This condo has two terraces - one for outside dining and the other 
just outside the master bedroom.  You can enjoy your morning coffee on 
your private terrace or around the pool next to the beach.  The 
complex offers an experienced and friendly condo administrator who 
speaks English and maid service 3 times a week.  
  
This condo offers a spacious and economical alternative to hotel 
living to make this your perfect vacation.  No pets are allowed and we 
ask that you book for at least 7 days.   Booking less than 7 days will 
incur an extra $150 surcharge. 
 
You can easily walk into town along the beach or take the high road to 
Calle Santa Barbara.   Town is a short 10 minute walk away - here you 
have all the convenience of the city without the resultant noise, 
beach vendors, and overcrowding of the city beach.

Vacation Rental Rates

High Season Rates (Nov 1 to April 30)  
$160/night 
By the month - $3,200/month 
 
Low Season Rates:   (May 1 to October 31)- 
$110/night 
By the month - $2,500/month 
 
Holiday rates: Xmas/New Years:  12-16 to 1/4 and Easter week: - 
$250/Day. 
 
PREFERRED GUESTS:   Mature adults. 
 
MINIMUM STAY:   Seven (7) days.   Stays under the minimum are subject 
to an administration and cleaning fee of $150. 
 
SMOKING:   This is a no-smoking condo.    If smoking on the deck is 
desired, an additional $250 will be charged for possible smoke 
eradication and other cleaning issues. 
 
PETS:   Pets are not allowed. 
 
DAMAGE DEPOSIT:  A $300 deposit is required at the time you reserve 
the unit which is returned to you intact after your occupancy if no 
damage or telephone charges have been incurred. 
 
USAGE PAYMENT:   50% due immediately upon reservation - balance due in 
full 60 days prior to your occupancy.  US dollar payment to be 
remitted in cashier's check or money order unless you have been a 
previous guest.   
 
CANCELLATION:  If you cancel 60 days or more before date of occupancy, 
you will lose your deposit and partial usage payment.  If you cancel 
after remitting your deposit and all of your usage fee, then the fee 
will not be refunded but can only be applied to a stay at a later date 
(to be arranged with the owner).   At any time of cancellation, the 
security/damage deposit will be forfeited.  
 
Call or e-mail for possible last minute openings with discounted rates 
due to unexpected cancellations.
