New Ewa Beach House On The Water
Relax and enjoy your stay in this beautiful 3 bedroom 2.5 bath 2 
story house.  The house is fully furnished with everything you need 
from linen to cookware.
Two of the three bedrooms on the second floor are overlooking the 
water.  
You can slide out of bed and onto a large patio and enjoy the morning
sights and sounds.
You can have a relaxing breakfast or lunch outside on the first 
floor veranda. 
Escape and get away from the crowd.  Experience everything that Ewa 
Beach has to offer.  Enjoy fishing, swimming, and kayaking.  If 
water is not your element, there are several golf courses in the 
area and public tennis courts. 
All the comforts of home are right here in the house.  DSL access, 
cable TV, DVD, CD player, full kitchen, BBQ grill, coffee maker, 
toaster, iron/iron board, and washer/dryer. 
You and your family are sure to enjoy your visit in Ewa Beach.

Amenities that are included: Phone (local calls only),DSL access 
(need personal laptop and cat 5 cable), Cable TV, DVD Player, CD 
Player, BBQ Grill, Kayak with life vest, Washer and Dryer,

Beds: 1 king size bed, 1 queen size bed, and 2 twin size beds.

Vacation Rental Rates

$225 per night - 3 nights minimum
$1,350 per week(7 nights) - longer stay is prorated at weekly rate
Rate subject to 11.25% state tax
$500 security deposit - refunded if there is no damage or house rule 
violation
$100 cleaning fee
$225 cancellation fee
50% to hold reservations - 50% balance due 2 weeks prior to occupancy
