on the 3rd floor and boast 890 sqft of living space.

The gourmet kitchen is complete with birch cabinets, granite 
countertops, pub table and barstools, refrigerator, stove, 
convection oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Essentials include all 
required stoneware, glassware and cookware, coffee maker, toaster, 
blender for those frosty drinks, washer/dryer on premises, stereo 
system, two cable TVs, DVD player, and telephone. Towels, linens, 
and bedding for king-size and queen-size beds.

The very spacious master bedroom has a king-size bed with a 
beautiful view of the gulf. CD AM/FM stereo, lighting system, walk-
in closet, full bathroom with granite counter tops, tub with glass 
enclosed shower. Additional sleep area in living area with a pull 
down queen size murphy bath with ajoining 1/2 bath with granite 
counter top.

training baseball, a family vacation, or the romantic getaway that 
you have been putting off. Watch breathtaking sunsets every evening 
from your private balcony or your bedroom.

We realize business may be a low priority while on vacation; 
wireless Broadband connection is available if it becomes absolutely 
necessary do business. Just bring your laptop or one will be

walking distance. Less than one mile away, historic John's Pass 
Village and Boardwalk is Madeira Beach's number one tourist 
attraction. This quaint turn-of-the-century fishing village is home 
to over one hundred merchants which inhabit the village with unique 
retail shopping, a variety of restaurants, the local fishing fleet, 
deep-sea fishing, gaming cruises, cruise lines, boat rentals, 
parasailing, and jet skiing. Plenty of parking is available and the 
beach is a short stroll away.

Historic Saint Pete Beach is filled with great stores, wonderful 
restaurants, beautiful sunsets, and picture perfect weather. If 
shopping interest you, you will want to visit the specialty 
boutiques in Pass-A-Grille and in the "Historic Corey Avenue 
Shopping District" or any of the other great shops located on Gulf 
Boulevard. For more information about Saint Pete Beach or any of the

For those who prefer land, the Treasure Island Golf, Tennis, and 
Recreation Center offers an award-winning, nine-hole, par-three golf 
course surrounded by the intercoastal waterway (make sure you bring 
extra balls!), six clay tennis courts, two asphalt tennis courts, 
one beach volleyball court, and much more. The center is located at 
10315 Paradise Boulevard.

Sports fans can enjoy NFL football in Tampa at Raymond James 
Stadium, hockey fans can enjoy the Stanley Cup Champions, "Tampa Bay 
Lightning," at the Saint Pete Forum in Tampa - 45 minutes; baseball 
at Tropicana Field in Saint Pete - 30 minutes and Yankee Stadium 
Legions Field in Tampa - 45 minutes; greyhound dog track in Saint 
Pete - 20 minutes; for the golfers, several 18-hole courses area 
available.

There are plenty of activities nearby. There are also Florida's 
world-famous theme parks: Busch Gardens, Adventure Island, Lowry 
Park Zoo, and the Florida Aquarium 30 minutes away. You are just 90
