Vacation Rental Description

2 Family House. 1st Floor Apartment sleeps 6 and 2nd floor apartment  
sleeps 10.  Close to beach and Bay.  All conveniences including  
microwave, air conditioning, premium cable television, washer/dryer,  
gas grill, deck and/or patio, and off street parking.  Close to  
Boardwalk and Amusements, Island Beach State Park, and one hour from  
Atlantic City.  Great family place. 
 
The 2nd floor apartment in this house has two bedrooms and one bath,  
and can sleep up to 10 people. This apartment has an elevated deck  
in the back of the house off the kitchen. It has a large eat in  
kitchen, two bedrooms with a double bed in each giving you sleeping  
for 4. It has a large living room that has two queen sized pull out  
couches(one on each end of the living room that open up towards each  
other with plenty of room between them) that can sleep 4 more  
people. It also has an enclosed porch across the entire front of the  
house. The porch has windows on three sides has wall to wall  
carpeting, and on one side of the porch has a high riser couch/bed  
which when opened is two more twin sized mattresses giving you total  
sleeping for 10. The house also has 1 tile bath with a tub and  
shower. The apartment has AC, Cable, ceiling fans also in 
the kitchen, living room, and in each bedroom, off street parking,  
concrete patio with table and chairs, gas grill, washer/dryer  
facilities, and outside sand shower.  
 
The 1st floor apartment in this house can sleep up to 6 people.   
This apartment has two bedrooms, 1 with a double bed and one with a  
pair of twin beds(great for kids). It has one tile bath, living room  
with pull out couch that can sleep 2 more people, eat in kitchen,  
and enclosed porch with sitting area in the front of the house. This  
apartment also has AC, Cable, washer/dryer facilities, gas grill,  
concrete patio with table and chairs, outside sand shower, and off  
street parking.

Close to Beach and Boardwalk on Webster Ave.  Within 6 blocks of

docks at the bay, tennis courts and kids park with swings,  
basketball courts, etc.  Short drive(2 miles) to Island Beach State  
Park and its prestine beaches.

Vacation Rental Rates

$1000.00 to $1350.00 per week during July and August.  Call for rates during May, June, or Sept.
