Vacation Rental Description

Beautiful sunrises await you every morning from your master 
suite...Our oceanfront vacation getaway has 4 full bedrooms with 
three bathrooms and is right on the beach. It is in pristine 
condition and is smoke free and pet free.

The house is wonderfully decorated on the inside with breathtaking 
views of the Atlantic Ocean from every window. The master bedroom 
has a king size bed with a private bathroom and a pull-out sofa. 

And the other large bedroom on the main floor has a queen bed with a 
private bathroom. The remaining two rooms also have queen beds in 
them. 

There is a fabulous dining area with a kitchen with all the modern 
appliances. The entire eating and living area has large windows for 
a continuous and unobstructed view of the ocean. 

Wake up and go to sleep to the sound of the ocean. The back deck and 
dock have built in seating areas. Very quiet beach with no cars 
allowed. The beach is great for walking and is well known as a 
loggerhead turtle nesting area--dolphins--whales too!

Also, this house is just 2 houses north of Serenata Beach Club where 
you can join as a temporary member during your stay and have use of 
the fabulous pools, oceanfront dining room and bar and fitness room.

Close by is the historic city of St. Augustine, two huge premium 
outlet malls, and the World Golf Village and Sawgrass where the TPC 
is played. 

If you're looking for a more leisurely Florida vacation... you can

tennis, shopping, and restaurants are just a short drive away.

Vacation Rental Rates

*$2700.00 per week during peak season (May to Sept.)  Weekly rentals only during this time.
*Discount during non-peak season.
*$2400 per week rest of year.
*$350 per night with 3 night minimum.  Cleaning fee  and tax extra.  
*During special events and holidays, special rates apply.  
*Deposit, payment and cancellation terms will be sent to you with 
inquiry request.
